Since the early days of the shared house industry, we have operated shared houses, and now conduct our business to meet various needs in 20 places around the urban center. With the primary purpose of providing residential space, FR staff respects the atmosphere developed by occupants of each shared house, and join hands to realize homey space in which they can naturally say “I’m home” and “Welcome home.”
Unlike common rental properties, in the shared houses, you will live by sharing common spaces such as kitchens and livings with all other residents. We can live while enjoying interaction with various people, but still we can keep private space for each resident. You can experience such a lifestyle.
Residents of FRESHROOM vary in age and nationality. Many people are moving in for international exchanges. You might find a world that can not meet in ordinary single living.

Lease deposit and key money are commonly charged by real estate deals in Japan. Surprisingly, the sum of a lease deposit and key money is even more than monthly rent. FRESHROOM makes this custom simple, and operates shared houses without charging lease deposit, key money, or agent charges. *The initial cost is a guarantee deposit only.
Our properties can be used according to various purposes(Study Abroad, Travel, Business trip...) and period of stay.
Renewal fees and agency fees are completely free. Tenants are free to change the length of their lease if it`s at least one month.
The most equipment necessary for daily life is ready in the facility and private room, so you can start new life right away. (Bedding Linen is not provided.)
We regularly replenish the daily necessities such as toilet paper, dishwashing detergent and so on. Also cleaning at common areas.
Utility costs are fixed, including water, gas and electricity. All services already set up by FRESHROOM so that tenant can immediately start living in the property.
All our properties are provided with Wi-Fi connection, without any restriction, plus internet costs are included in utility fee.
